		<description>Man, din proprie experienta si din ce am citit, se recomanda o medie de 10 repetari pentru masa, ceea ce inseamna 8-15, asa cum scrie in articol. Vezi ca omul a postat si un link la bibliografie, daca vrei sa citesti mai mult.</description>
